20th Annual Make-A-Wish benefit
It is with great pleasure to announce the twentieth annual ASCE Charity Golf Tournament which will be held at the Granite Bay Golf Club on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 10:00 am. This half-day event includes breakfast, a scramble format tournament, and a catered post-tournament banquet. It’s a great opportunity to golf, meet others in the engineering and construction community, and support the local chapter of Make-A-Wish. As in previous years, the net proceeds will go to support the local chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation (www.makeawish-sacto.org), granting wishes for local children between the ages of 2 ½ and 18 with life threatening medical conditions.
We ask that you continue the tradition of the tournament by showing your support in the following ways (which provide a full tax deduction):
- Birdie Sponsorship ($400) – Benefits include your company logo displayed at a hole on the course, on tournament instructions, ASCE Monthly Newsletter, and at the registration table.
- Eagle Sponsorship ($1200+) – Benefits include company logo displayed at a hole on the course, on tournament instructions, ASCE Monthly Newsletter, and at the registration table. Includes one foursome at the golf tournament, $100 worth of raffle tickets, two mulligans, and one gimmie card.
- Raffle Sponsorship (any) – Donate a raffle prize or money and the benefits will include your company logo displayed on tournament instructions, ASCE Monthly Newsletter, and at the registration table, as well as acknowledgement of your company during the raffle.
- On-Course Event Sponsorship (any) – Donate a side event to be placed on the tee box of one of the holes e.g. snacks, a game with prizes, etc. Benefits will include your company logo displayed at the event location, on the tournament instructions, ASCE Monthly Newsletter, and at the registration table.
Finally, we encourage you to come out and be an active participant in the tournament. We are excited to be back at Granite Bay Golf Club this year. Last year’s tournament had a full course, so register early to ensure a spot in the event. As an added incentive, if you register before June 15, you will receive a 10% discount on player registration.
