Hello! My name is Megan Kurtz and I am the current YMF president. This year, my goal is to help revive the YMF chapter in Sacramento both at the YMF and student levels. At YMF, we strive to excite K-12 and college students about the engineering field. All of us in the industry have been feeling the effects of not having enough professionals in the workforce. As young professionals in the industry, we are in a unique position to help grow and promote the young individuals looking to join the field.
