Our speaker on November 1st will be Al Mangus, PE. Al will be delivering the presentation detailing the histories of eight west coast bridges that are named after civil engineers. Al Mangus is a civil engineer with Caltrans who has over 41 years of experience in the industry. Al has served as an ASCE officer for over 12 years.
